The squeegee processes, cooking and cooling are automatic.
It's possible to achieve the maximum automation through our microinjection plotters. Equipped with work plans for working molds of great size and squeegee for automatic distribution of Pvc plastisol.
The mold is supported and fixed in flatness on the work surface instantly through our system with automatic correction.
Then it's possible to insert the liquid product manually or using the automatic squeegee. The solidified material is electronically controlled both in power which in time through infrared quartz lamps.
Follow the automated cooling on the same station while in the other can start another process.
It is always guaranteed the flatness of the processing of +/- 0.05 mm with molds not perfectly planar and boarded.
