High frequency hydraulic blanking machine suitable for materials mainly machined on coils and of customized dimensions.
It is suitable for working on leather, imitation leather, Pu, PVC, polyester and other synthetic materials.
Sheets of material can also be treated with screen printing, digital printing or other types of processing thanks to the precision of the positioning.
The high precision and the use of hardened and ground steel work surfaces allow for high quality welding and die-cutting.
When used in welding, aluminum, brass or magnesium molds are used, while simple dies are used when cutting. For stamping and welding processes, hardened steel molds or American dies are required.
It also performs trap-welding processes.
The high frequency generators, with powers from 2.5 to 40 Kw, are totally shielded and the high frequency emissions are much lower than those required by current CE regulations.
