TVD Represents the horizon of technology and the highest expression for shearing.

It's enable to shear fabrics and materials which have lost its original dimension

after the various processes.

The strength of TVD is the ability to shear different types of material such as cloth, leather, Plastisol, PVC, and synthetics using a simple and little american die-cutting. TVD moves on 4 axes runned by engines brussler and screws recirculating ball of high precision. Accuracy and repeatability are very high and the speed of each axis corresponds to 30mt/minut. The sheets, of fabric or other material, containing images (labels, logos, designs, etc.) are placed on the work plane and blocked by adjustable tongs.

Image recognition is obtained by the use of a high definition camera to scan the subjects. The camera, through a logic board designed, constructed for this purpose, upload the scanning in the memory of an industrial PC. A software, designed and built,

processes the scan, recognizes the image for the shearing and as the position of the sheet has been identified, bring the image under the plane and executes the shearing. On the basis of this recognition system, procedures to speed and/or increase the

accuracy of appearances have been activated.

The types of active research are: weight, borders, crosses. Each command recognition is transferred from PC to the logic of TVD that start the final work of die-cutting which can be achieved in various ways: strip or total takeover of the material.

During the work a quality control is realized through customizable parameters of tolerance, below the level of quality pieces are discarded automatically.

TVD has the possibility to be equiped with a generator for high frequency products.
