TVD represents the maximum expression in terms of die cutting in the technological panorama. Suitable for the die-cutting of fabrics and materials which, after the various manufacturing processes, lose their original dimensions.
The hourly production is 1500 strokes/hour.
The strength of the TVD lies in its ability to cut different types of material, usually including: fabric, leather, plastisol and similar, PVC, synthetics through the use of a simple small American die. The TVD system moves on 4 axes managed by Brussler motors and high precision and repetitive ball screws, the movement speed of the axes corresponds to 30m/minute. The sheets, of fabric or other material, containing images (labels, logos, drawings, etc.) deposited on the same sheet, are placed on the work surface and blocked by adjustable clamps.
The recognition is performed with scanning using a high definition linear camera. The camera, through a logic board specifically designed and built for this purpose, transfers the image scan into the memory of an industrial PC.
A dedicated software processes the scan, recognizes the image to be die-cut and identifies its position on the sheet, brings the image under the die-cutting machine and performs the cutting.
Based on this recognition system, procedures have been activated to speed up and/or increase the precision of image searching.
The active search types are: weight, edges, crosses.
Each recognition command is transferred from the PC to the logic of the die-cutting machine which begins the final die-cutting work which can be carried out in various ways: by strip or total detection of the material frame.
During the work phase, a quality control takes place via customizable tolerance parameters. Below the quality level the pieces are automatically rejected.
The TVD has the ability to be equipped with a generator for high frequency products.
