Oven 2 Stations PVC Plastisol
Series of infrared ovens suitable for high production.
The doctoring, cooking and cooling processes are automatic.
It is possible to achieve maximum automation using our microinjection plotters. Equipped with work surfaces for processing large molds and squeegees for the automatic distribution of Plastisol PVC.
The solidification of the material is controlled in terms of power, chromatic frequency and time via an electronic card of our own production, solving any uniform solidification problem and making our series of ovens unique in terms of efficiency and quality.
Processing flatness of 0.05mm+/- is always guaranteed even with molds that are not perfectly flat and warped.
