ST-R models are High Frequency Welding Blanking Machines with rotary system for high quality productions.
It can be equipped with Welding-Blanking station & cutting station or with two Welding-Blanking stations.
These are specific machines for the processing of Leather, Ecoleather, Pu, PVC, polyester and other synthetic materials.
It can also treat sheets of material with screen printing, digital printing or other types of machining thanks to the accurate positioning.
The high precision and the use of work plans in hardened and ground steel allow a process of welding and die cutting of high quality.
For phase of welding are used aluminum, brass or magnesium molds; while in shearing are used simple dies. For welding-blanking processes it needs hardened steel molds or american dies.
The high frequency generators, with capacities from 2.5 to 40 kW, are fully shielded and high-frequency emissions are lower than current EU requirements.
