The main feature of the F500 Deluxe oven is the provision of two different stations which allow the use of molds for all types of thicknesses of the finished product.
The cooking and cooling processes are automatic and it is possible to achieve maximum automation using our microinjection plotters. The mold is placed and fixed flat on the work surface instantly via our automatic correction system.
The solidification of the material is controlled in terms of power, chromatic frequency and time via an electronic card of our own production, solving any uniform solidification problem and making our series of ovens unique in terms of efficiency and quality.
The flatness of the processing is always guaranteed even with molds that are not perfectly flat and warped.
