The processes of cooking and cooling are automatic.

The main feature of the oven F500 Deluxe is the envelope of two different stations that allow the use of molds for all types of thicknesses of the finished product.

It's possible to achieve the maximum automation through our microinjection plotters.

The mold is supported and fixed in flatness on the work surface instantly through our system with automatic correction.

Then it's possible to insert the liquid product manually or using the automatic squeegee. The solidified material is electronically controlled both in power which in time through infrared quartz lamps.

Follow the automated cooling on the same station while in the other can start another process.

It is always guaranteed the flatness of the processing with molds not perfectly planar and boarded.
